Amazing professional group…..

Went for decayed ba back tooth from my dentist office. It had to Be extracted. From the time I checked in to the time I left it’s a five star operation. I would recommend this office to anyone that needs oral surgery. Dr Ouano and Kayla were outstanding with a very anxious person and he even called me that afternoon to see how I was doing. You don’t see this kind of care much anymore. They are fantastic.

Everyone here is awesome. Great experience. First time I’ve had a tooth extracted without going to sleep. The nurse that assisted was reassured me that everything would be great. Walked me through the process. She really made me feel at ease. No pain and the tooth was out within a minute. I highly recommend this place. Dr. Youseff and his staff are wonderful.

It’s important for me to share a little of my dental history for context. Before coming to Metrowest, I saw four dentists. Three told me there was nothing wrong with the teeth I was concerned about. One surgeon in Florida did confirm the issue, but the logistics didn’t work out. It took a literal five years to finally have the three “dead” teeth properly diagnosed.

Because of those experiences, I came into this process with significant skepticism and anxiety. My case was complicated due to substantial bone loss, and there was some concern about how things would go.

I truly cannot express how amazing the entire team has been throughout this journey. Amanda is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. She explained everything in detail and made sure I fully understood and felt comfortable. Dr. Atassi checked on my pain and overall wellbeing multiple times during surgery. I genuinely felt like I was their only patient that day.

Selena, Julia, and Becky each assisted at different points, and they moved together so seamlessly it was actually comforting to watch. This team is a well oiled machine.

I’m now two weeks and one day post op and have almost no discomfort. The first three days were unpleasant but manageable, and each day was noticeably better than the one before. Honestly, I have less discomfort now than I did trying to wear my partial.

At one point during surgery, I became so overwhelmed with gratitude that I had tears in my eyes. That says everything.

There were only two minor negatives. One assistant occasionally bumped my earbud while suctioning, which shut off my music. And after the swelling went down… my wrinkles came back. 😐

All jokes aside, my gratitude is immeasurable. I’m so happy with the results and look forward to completing the rest of the healing process.

No one wants to have a tooth removed. It’s beyond upsetting. I was so anxious and upset going into my appointment, and the staff made it better. I can not express enough how the nurse jen helped me through my fears and anxiety. She is an absolute angle! She calmed me down whipped my tears and gave me peace. Jen thank for seeing my anxiety and being there for me.

Excellent experience with Doctor Atassi and his assistants. Very skilled and organized process to extract a molar and insert an implant post (in another spot), while frequently confirming my comfort. Explained each step and fully answered my questions. Great chair side manner. However, double check your dental insurance benefits with the insurer (in my case, Delta Dental). Informed by Metrowest that I have used my implant benefits for the year (correct) and that the charge would be for the full amount ($2800) That is inaccurate-since they accept Delta, they are bound by the contracted rate ($1900) even if no benefit is payable.

Quick procedure and uncomplicated so grateful for this and for MD/health team. Discharge instructions could be personalized. They handed out a generic preprinted but didn’t include the prescriptions that MD ordered so had to Chat GPT some instructions and then call office post op for a minor clarification.

Dr.Frangos and her team were excellent. Highly recommend Metrowest for Oral Surgery needs.

Very nice and very professional

My husband and I have both used this practice a few times and I am completely satisfied with the Doctors and the staff. I appreciate their use of modern technology, and I appreciate the fact that they used my Dentist's images rather than insisting on taking a set of their own and causing me added unnecessary experience. Some oral surgeons in our area insist on taking duplicate images which insurance won't cover.

My experience here was phenomenal! I went in to get my four wisdom teeth out, everyone did a great job at reassuring me and helping me stay relaxed before the procedure and anesthesia. Dr. Atassi did an excellent job and was very helpful in my recovery and was a great consultant pre and post surgery. I highly recommend Metrowest Oral Surgical Associates, everyone here was great!

I had thought tooth removal (to prepare for implant) would be painful and difficult, but not at all. Dr. Atassi is extremely skilled and gentle and made the procedure easy. He is also a delightful, warm person. He was beey accommodating when I asked for little rests for my jaw when it got tired of holding my mouth open. He also made himself available by phone text at all hours for any follow-up questions. Never seen that before, anywhere!

I had 4 of my wisdom teeth remove and Dr. Atassi was very patient throughout the process and made sure I was doing okay. Also his assistant was very nice and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Atassi checked in on me after the procedure and was able to answer all my questions and concerned I had after.

Today I went in for a wisdom tooth removal. Dr. Ouano performed my surgery it painless and very fast. Monday explained all the post procedure instructions, answered any questions I had, and made sure I was comfortable during my visit. I’m very grateful they did an outstanding job. Make sure your discuss your entire plan what they're going to give you when they put you under where they're going to use for painkillers while you're under and especially what painkillers they're going to give you after the procedure because they're stingy given the correct pain meds.

The third procedure went well I totally discussed exactly what I want for medication after the operation it's a simple procedure but you if it's yourself you want it done with confidence and you want it done right.

Just be up front until the doctor what you want and it'll give it to you
